Jinfengtengfei, the symbol of Jingzhou City, is located outside the east gate of Jingzhou City and stands on the southeast side of Jiulong bridge. It was completed on May 1, 1989. It covers an area of 2500 square meters and is 12.5 meters high. The base is inlaid with red marble, and there are two layers of stone steps around the bottom, each with nine layers, and decorated with stone railings. Its height is 4 meters. The main body of the sculpture is a vigorous Golden Phoenix, which soars on the bright sun set off by colorful clouds. It is forged with stainless steel and is 8.5 meters high. It is the city symbol of Jiangling city.
