Shimen Park
Shimen park is located in the southeast of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, at the intersection of Fuqiang street and Huaizhong road. Covering an area of 4 hectares, it was built in 1997 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Shijiazhuang. It is a cultural and leisure park integrating Chinese and foreign garden styles, with novel design and complete functions.
Introduction to scenic spots
From the west gate to the East, the central square area is formed, with welcome sculpture, fountain square, pillar square, wading pool and totem column square, featuring waterscape, sculpture sketch and large area of high standard lawn; the southeast is Japanese tea garden with Japanese style wooden teahouses and stone lanterns; the northeast is French garden He garden, with "Arc de Triomphe" as the main body and French relief, adopts regular geometric pattern layout for green space; in the northwest, Liuqu garden adopts Jiangnan traditional culture style; in the southwest, children's activity area is equipped with unpowered children's comprehensive recreation facilities. The wall of the park is a hollow wall, and the garden view and street view are integrated inside and outside, borrowing from each other, forming a unique landscape.
