On the flat dam at the top of yaoyingyan mountain, a 22 meter high golden eagle was built, which perched on a 10 meter high red conch, hence the name of the garden.

With an altitude of 682 meters, the golden eagle is the highest and best viewing point of the main city in the daytime. It is the first scenic spot of a bird's-eye view of new Chongqing. At present, it has become one of the landmark buildings in Chongqing. In the garden, the grass is green and the trees are shady, the clouds are blooming all the year round, and the pines are surrounded by it, which is full of poetic and picturesque.
