Located at No.57 Dali Road, Heping District, Tianjin, the "latent Spy Museum" is an important part of the famous five Avenue tourist attractions in Tianjin. The building has a history of more than 80 years and was designed by Yan Ziheng, a famous architect.

Introduction to scenic spots

In the 1930s, it was the old residence of Wang Tianmu, the first stationmaster of the Kuomintang juntong Tianjin station. Wang Tianmu is one of the six generals under Dai Li, the head of military unification. He once organized and participated in two important assassinations. One was to kill Zhang Jingyao, a traitor and former governor of Hunan Province, in the six kingdoms hotel in Peking, killing the people. The other was to assassinate Chen Lu, the foreign minister of the "reform government" when he was the head of Shanghai railway station in 1939. Wang Tianmu occupies a prominent position in the history of Kuomintang military unification. In the early days of the Anti Japanese War, Wang Tianmu was also the backbone of Anti Japanese and anti traitors, and did something beneficial to the nation. Therefore, this small building is full of mystery, which is closely linked with the work of latent espionage. In order to remember history and educate future generations, China's first non-state-owned museum with the theme of "latent espionage" was born. To understand the arduous struggle of "latent espionage" under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, we can have an understanding of the Kuomintang's secret service organizations of juntong and Zhongtong as well as the espionage activities of Japan and the United States in Tianjin decades ago.
