Baizhang Gorge

It is said that baizhangxia is an ancient battlefield. The scenic spots such as Pang Ma Chun, Modao stone, Zhaqi peak and Jieshui bridge are all related to the ancient battlefield, so Baizhang gorge is also known as Baizhan gorge. There are few historical records of Wulingyuan scenic spots. Because of its dangerous terrain, it was written in the early Ming Dynasty. According to the records of Cili County annals, "the gorge is a hundred feet high, high and beautiful in the clouds, the stone screen is red, and the eye is closed suddenly, which is the best in the world.".

Thin strip of sky

Through the water curtain waterfall, you can see the sky between the two peaks. There are two precipitous cliffs, with a gap between them. Only a line of sky can get in the sunshine. The width of the stone stairway, which is more than 100 meters high, can only allow one person to walk. It's very dangerous because of its thick shade. On the first line of the sky, I suddenly feel that there is a hole in the sky. On the left side, there is an echo wall which is more than 80 meters high, 30 meters wide and as flat as a rock. Stand in front of the wall and shout, resonate all around, reverberate. On the right side, there is a huge stone in the high hanging gorge, named Qintai. When you climb on the Qintai, you can see from afar. There are many strange peaks and rocks around, such as Hailuo peak, Dinghai needle, Longnu peak, sister peak, and golden turtle drumming. It's like the body of a zither with different postures. The silvery waterfalls in the green cluster are undoubtedly the strings of the zither in the mountains.

① From the airport, take bus No.4 to the bus station, then transfer to the scenic spot special bus (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan), 35 km, 40 minutes.

② From the railway station, take bus No.5 or No.6 to the bus station, and then transfer to the tourist bus (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan), 35
