Tianjin historical Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China

Tianjin historical memorial hall is the birthplace of Tianjin local executive committee, the first leading organ of the Communist Party of China in Tianjin in July 1924. On June 29, 2007, the Tianjin historical Memorial Hall of the CPC was officially opened to the outside world after its expansion and exhibition, presenting a great gift for the 86th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.

Located at No.98, Shanxi Road, Heping District, Tianjin historical memorial hall is the only local party history exhibition hall in Tianjin. It is also an important patriotic education base in Tianjin.

Historical evolution

In 1961, the memorial hall of the founding of the Communist Party of China in Tianjin was established. It is located at 21 puaili, Changchun Road. It is the former site of the founding of the CPC Tianjin prefectural committee.

After the "Cultural Revolution" began in 1966, it was forced to stop. Most of the exhibits and materials were lost, and the library was occupied.

It was resumed on 1 July 1991. In 1994, it was named Tianjin patriotism education base by the municipal government.

It was closed in May 1998 and closed to the outside world.

In January 2001, the museum was moved to No. 98 Shanxi road and renamed Tianjin historical memorial of the Communist Party of China. It covers an area of 937 square meters and a building area of 1800 square meters. The museum officially opened on June 26. The district government determined it as the community education base.

Redevelopment

The Tianjin historical Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China was built on the basis of the original Tianjin Memorial Hall of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Introduction to the exhibition

The Museum covers an area of 933 square meters and a building area of 1760 square meters, with five exhibition rooms and one audio-visual hall. The museum displays the history of the CPC Tianjin party from 1919 to 2001, including the revolutionary history, struggle history and construction history of the Communists in different periods. There are more than 450 precious historical photos, charts and a large number of historical relics, as well as real image data. The exhibits are rich in contents and distinct in levels, which objectively and vividly show the struggle course and brilliant achievements of the people of Tianjin in revolution, construction and Reform under the leadership of the Communist Party of China during the 80 years since the May 4th movement. At the same time, it also shows the revolutionary activities and achievements of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries in Tianjin, such as Li Dazhao, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai, Zhang Tailei, Peng Zhen, Yao Yilin, Yu Fangzhou, Jiang Hao, etc.

Theme of exhibition hall

Through more than 400 precious historical photos, charts, a large number of historical relics and real video materials, the memorial vividly shows that after the May 4th movement, under the care and correct leadership of the three generations of the party's collective leadership with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin as the core, Tianjin local Party organizations, as well as the majority of Party members and the masses, fought bravely and bravely in the past The brilliant achievements created in the process of the new democratic revolution, socialist construction and reform and opening up compose magnificent chapters. The exhibition hall is divided into four parts

The first part is the revolutionary situation: the establishment and development of Tianjin local party and League organizations and their revolutionary activities;

The second part is hard work - the socialist cause is advancing in exploration;

The third part is the reform and opening-up, striving to create a new situation of socialist modernization.

The fourth part is watching the film - precious historical materials of the party. Our library is an important position for the party and Youth League organizations in our city to carry out patriotic education.
