Project background

On February 16, 2012, Phoenix publishing media group and China Copyright Protection Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. According to the agreement, Fenghuang Xinhua Creative Industrial Park in Nanjing is an important part of the national digital copyright industry base, which will undertake the function of the national digital copyright content production base. Jiangsu Fenghuang Xinhua Creative Industrial Park Co., Ltd. is the main body of Fenghuang Xinhua creative industrial park. It is co founded by Fenghuang publishing media group, Nanjing Xiaguan District People's government and Beijing Sunshine lion company. It aims to serve the development of digital industry and creative industry through the construction of professional park.

Function orientation

The main bearing functions of the industrial park are the national digital copyright industry content production base and high-end creative industry cluster. The specific industry contents include: digital copyright registration and certification and trading services, digital technology dissemination, digital content production; creative industry project incubation, exhibition, investment and financing, industrial transformation, promotion and development; art design and creation, exhibition and sales; conference and exhibition services, cultural and artistic exchanges; education and training, financial services, etc.

Development goals

During 2012-2015, Xinhua creative industrial park with a construction scale of about one million square meters was built in Xiaguan District. The enterprises settled in the park mainly include: digital copyright public service institutions, digital content development and production enterprises, creative projects and teams, financial capital dedicated to creative investment, leading enterprises implementing creative industrial transformation, and art design and creation teams The park's entry projects and enterprises will achieve an annual industrial scale of about 50 billion yuan at the initial stage of the park's completion; after the park's normal operation, it will bring Nanjing and Xiaguan District digital rights industry and creative industry clusters that lead the country and affect the world.

Recent focus

Focusing on the above-mentioned functional orientation and development and construction objectives of Xinhua Creative Industry Park, the following work will be carried out in the near future:

（1） Carry out the reconstruction construction and project introduction of the old workshop of Xinhua plant.

At present, the planned and occupied projects mainly include:

1. Phoenix cloud computing center. The project is invested and constructed by Phoenix Group. It is planned to use the first floor, second floor and first underground floor of the park to reconstruct the plant.

2. Six 18 creative projects. No less than three creative projects will be organized and implemented by Beijing lion company, which will be located on the fourth floor of the factory building in the park. Each project will be registered as an entity to settle in the park.

3. Phoenix pod digital printing project. Phoenix pod digital printing project has been put into production on the third floor of the factory building in the park. The registration of relevant companies has been confirmed and the relocation work is in the process of implementation.

（2） Planning and approval.

The company is actively promoting the implementation of industrial park planning and approval. The management team has conducted in-depth research and field investigation on the two sites of munan district and Guojiashan, and will timely coordinate with all parties to link up the planning and design concept and achievements of Xinhua Creative Industry Park led by the company with the regional planning organized by relevant government departments, so as to promote all parties to complete the regulatory detailed planning approval as soon as possible.

Among them, munan district is the main body of Xinhua Creative Industrial Park, and the conceptual planning scheme has been completed. The land is preliminarily planned to be divided into seven functional areas, including core functional service area, digital creative education area, digital creative headquarters area, old factory reconstruction area, creative landscape SOHO area, artist studio (landscape area) and talent residential area. The construction is planned to be implemented in three phases. It will be built into a national digital copyright industry content production base with green ecology, cultural innovation and leading technology. The specific industry content involves mobile communication, Internet, games, animation, film and television audio and video, digital publishing, digital education and training and other fields.

Entry projects

（1） China Telecom Jiangsu Phoenix Cloud Computing Center Project

The project will become an important technical infrastructure for the development of digital rights industry. Cloud service based on data center is a cutting-edge project in the field of information technology. China Copyright Protection Center has decided to put DCI digital rights data backup here. Fenghuang cloud computing center has a planned construction area of about 20000 square meters and a total investment of about 500 million yuan. It will have the operation capacity of 4000 large server racks and become a five-star (highest level) data center. After normal operation, the annual marketing amount will be about 500 million yuan. The project started on April 18, 2012. It is planned that the demolition work will be completed before May. The civil engineering transformation and design finalization will be completed before June. The construction will start and the equipment will arrive. The first phase of the project will be completed before the end of 2012 and the project will be completed by the end of 2013.

（2） Phoenix pod digital printing project

Phoenix digital introduces the most advanced technology in the world, integrates the hardware system through the rpmis process control software independently developed, and forms the first fully connected digital pod production system with independent intellectual property rights in Asia and China. The system will be vigorously invested in the research and development of digital printing paper, through a large number of experiments to collect data, to achieve the same quality of international brands in the publishing and printing industry, and finally form an independent brand. The equipment commissioning of the project has been completed by the end of 2011 and is in the trial operation stage. The project was officially put into operation in September 2012.

Digital pod production, on-demand printing, based on the network environment operation, can realize multi-point synchronous printing. It is an emerging industry that completely subverts the traditional printing industry. After the automation process is realized, all the work that cannot be added value is handed over to the computer, and the manpower is completely released to create more value-added services.

（3） China Industrial Design Valley (Nanjing project)

The China Industrial Design Valley project is implemented by Guangzhou Yichang Technology Co., Ltd. and will be jointly launched in several central cities and regions throughout the country. Guide the project to Nanjing in East China, improve the industrial level and product added value of China, especially in East China through creative design, and promote "made in China" to "created in China". The project will produce large-scale digital copyright content in the process of industrial design, which fully meets the function of the park's scheduled digital copyright content production base. At present, the Industrial Park Company has reached an intention of cooperation with Yichang science and Technology Co., Ltd., and will directly introduce a mature development model and quickly put it into development and construction after the preconditions such as practical land are settled. The project is planned to enter the park in 2012.

Through the in-depth excavation and development of the cultural connotation and advantageous resources of tourism cities, we can determine the characteristic positioning, quality and spirit of different cities, form the core competitiveness, avoid the homogeneous development of cities, build the brand of national tourism external image display, and establish a compound city marketing system facing local, domestic, overseas and network virtual four levels. The project is planned to enter the park in 2012.

（5） "Quandong" creative industry project

Based on the combination of human health culture and science and technology, through systematic creative planning, industrial design and resource integration, we have carried out the research of natural health care medicine such as hot spring active factors and the development of applied technologies and products of human health physiotherapy, and promoted the hot spring series products and industry The unique nanoscale hydrogen water dispersion and mixing technology developed by the company can produce high-quality hydrogen rich drinking water, and quickly realize large-scale development through special supply and marketing.

（6） Xiamen digital vocational education project

The operating company of the project is the only cooperative unit of the Institute of Vocational Education Center of the Ministry of education. Its core software technology has been registered and protected in Singapore. It has complete independent intellectual property rights and is in the leading position in the world. At present, Phoenix Group has completed the share purchase of Xiamen Chuangyi Software Co., Ltd., the project operation company.
