The little great wall is located in guanpo area between Jinshan Township and Qihe Town, Gucheng District, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province.

Development history

The small Great Wall is more than 10 Li in length, all of which are made of stones of different sizes. It is 1.5-2.5 meters high, 1.5-2.5 meters wide in general, and 5 meters wide at the widest. According to the changeable layout of the terrain and features, there are blockhouses (the only remains), military stations and post stations in the dangerous places, and the existing courtyard sites. Although the stone lions used to guard the two sides of the gate of the post station have been in different places, they are still loyal to their duties and keep the past calendar History.

From the foot of Wuli mountain in the east to the top of laomu mountain in the west, it stretches for tens of miles. Relying on both sides of Guanyin gorge on Yanggong River, it is called Dongguan in the East and Xiguan in the West. Xiguan is the famous "qiutang pass".
