It is a landscape located in Hongta West Road, with a large color block garden layout. The sculpture in the garden was created by yuan Xiaocen, honorary president of Yunnan Academy of painting.

Introduction to scenic spots

The layout of the art park is simple and bright with large color blocks. The front overlooks the west mountain and the back is surrounded by flowing water. Entering the garden from the east gate, you can see a group of giant sculptures of "Dongyi Shenjun" galloping horses. The horse is full of spirituality, vigorous strength, abundant bones and tendons, natural and unrestrained, and has no atmosphere of captivity. Surrounded by trees, the east garden is elegant and quiet, which is composed of the triple round gate, the "auspicious forever" peacock sculpture in the breeze and moon Pavilion. Yuan Xiaocen is good at sculpture. Yunnan branch of Art Association. In 1938, he entered the Department of literature and history of Yunnan University, majoring in Chinese painting, sculpture and poetry. In 1953, he transferred yuan Xiaocen's works from Yunnan Province to the Provincial Federation of literary and art circles as the deputy director of the creative research department. In 1959, he was the director of the Art Department of Yunnan Academy of Arts. In 1963, he was the director and professor of the Art Department of Kunming Normal University. In 1978, he returned to Yunnan Art Institute as vice president and professor. He is now the honorary president of Yunnan Painting Academy. Director of China Artists Association, chairman of Yunnan branch of China Artists Association, member of China Federation of literary and art circles. The sculpture "mother daughter learning culture" was selected into the second national art exhibition and the socialist national plastic art exhibition; and "Banna Linquan" was selected into the sixth national art exhibition, both of which are collected by the China Art Museum. The sculpture "Jinsha shuinuan" was selected for the exhibition of Jianjun and Jiandang, and cast into a four meter high bronze statue, which was built in the first bay of the Yangtze River. The bird and flower work "peacock in the forest" was selected into the modern world art exhibition and collected by Fukuoka Museum of art in Japan. Published monographs include: yuan Xiaocen paintings, yuan Xiaocen sculpture anthology, modern Chinese flower and bird painter yuan Xiaocen Works Exhibition (Japanese version), rongbaozhai painting manual, yuan Xiaocen traditional painting sculpture anthology, yuan Xiaocen painting peacock, and selected into contemporary Chinese painting, contemporary Chinese flower and bird painting, complete works of modern Chinese art, flower and bird volume of modern Chinese art There are dozens of large-scale picture albums, such as sculpture volume, 50 years of new China Fine Arts, etc. His son yuan Xikun, born in June 1944 in Kunming, Yunnan, is the director of Beijing Jintai Art Museum, a famous painter and sculptor, a member of the eighth, ninth and Tenth CPPCC National Committee, a member of the Ministry of culture's art senior title appraisal committee, vice president and director of the appraisal center of China collectors association, a consultant of China Sculpture Society, and a general consultant of the environmental art professional committee of China Construction Culture and Art Association Visiting professor of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Arts. In 2005, he was elected director of the Organizing Committee of the 2008 Olympic landscape sculpture competition.
