The full name is Universiade village student apartment of BUAA, which is called nvsa for short. Many BUAA masters are here.

Located in the southernmost side of Beihang, South Zhichun Road, the correspondence address is No. 29 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing, 100191.

This line of apartments was bought back by Beihang in 2007. Originally, there were students from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing Normal University and Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications. All the apartments have been purchased by Beihang and are mainly graduate students.

Dayun village is a relatively independent residential apartment group, with 15 buildings. Among them, there are 10 student apartments, namely No. 1-10 buildings in Dayun village. 1-5, 8 and 9 are male apartments, 6 and 7 are female apartments, and 10 are overseas students' apartments. The administrators here belong to the property management mode. The overall Dayun village is divided into two property management companies, 1-6 for Yanqiao property, 7-10 for Zhongwan Zhidi. Zhongwan Zhidi is a property company controlled by Beihang, and the property of the new main building is also this one. Because of this, the management of the Universiade village is not as strict as the dormitory on campus, and it is relatively independent, and it is not linked with the logistics company of Beihang.

Yanqiao Property Office is on the first floor of building 6, and Zhongwan Zhidi office is on the third floor of building 10. The boys' building in Universiade village can be entered by girls. If boys enter the girls' building, they need to register at the front desk. The average floor of the Universiade village is 15-19 floors, and the highest one is No. 10 building, 19 floors. However, due to the fact that there are stores on the south side of Zhichun Road, the second floor is the shops of businesses outside the Universiade village, not apartments. Therefore, there are no two floors of apartments in No. 7-10 building. Therefore, the height of the third floor of No. 7-10 building is equivalent to the height of the fifth floor of No. 1-6 building. You will understand this when you can't get on the elevator.

After the Universiade, it was rebuilt into a student apartment. There are 10 student apartments in the village with green grass and unique scenery. On the morning of July 23, 2007, the signing ceremony for Beihang to buy back the students' apartment in Universiade village was held in the Eighth Conference Room of the new main building of Beihang. Since then, the Universiade village has returned to Beihang. The word "Beihang" on the roof announced that now the Universiade Village is called the Universiade village of Beihang. There are Jingkelong, Wal Mart and other convenient places around.
