Yunji peak is often surrounded by clouds and fog. The top of the peak is steep and straight into the clouds. When dark clouds cover Qianshan Mountain, this peak often floats on the sea of clouds, so it is called "Yunji peak". There is a cloud cave on the peak, which is often hidden in the smoke. There is a poem in Ming Dynasty by Wu Mingshi: "a cloud at the top of the peak comes from cangyun cave; if you look at the dew all over the world, you can't enter the dream of Xiangwang." The author thinks that the cloud gas at the top of the peak comes from the zangyun cave on the peak, which may reflect a special natural phenomenon of rising air flow in the cave.
