Spring and Autumn Pavilion

Located in Zhongshan Park, Shashi District, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, it was built in the 11th year of Jiaqing period in Qing Dynasty and destroyed by a fire. It was rebuilt in 1934. The pavilion is dedicated to the statue of Guan Yu reading the spring and Autumn Annals, so it is called Chunqiu Pavilion.

Chunqiu pavilion was originally a theater building in front of Jinlong temple in Shashi. It was built in 1806, and was destroyed by a fire. Only Chunqiu Pavilion survived

It's hard. It was rebuilt in 1934. The architecture is exquisite and solemn, with antique flavor. The loft is 13 meters high. In the loft, there are statues of Guan Yu reading the spring and Autumn Annals, which are vivid and vivid. There are also paintings such as "three heroes fighting Lu Bu" and couplets written by famous artists. On the South Lawn of the attic, there is a statue about the red horse. The attic is adjacent to sun shuao's tomb in the East, the corridor in the west, the Bian River in the north and the downtown in the south.

Jingzhou Chunqiu Pavilion is a memorial building after Guan Yu's guarding Jingzhou. The pavilion is dedicated to the statue of Guan Yu reading the spring and Autumn Annals, so it is called Chunqiu Pavilion. The pavilion is built on the high and thick steps, with three wide faces and two upper and lower floors. The upper is the pavilion and the lower is the room. There are two horizontal stone ladders in the front, which enter the pavilion. The whole pavilion is exquisitely built, surrounded by water on three sides and covered by green trees, just like the qiongge Pavilion in Yaotai. The pavilion is now the city's key cultural relics protection unit.

Ticket information: no ticket required. Liyuan tickets include 45 yuan for adults in peak season (mid March to end of May, early July to end of October) and 30 yuan for adults in off season (end of May to early July, end of October to early March of the next year).
