Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the beef into 2 mm thick slices, color pepper into diamond, onion slices, garlic slices, ginger shreds.

Step 2: add salt, cooking wine and wet starch to beef. Mix oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, pepper powder, wet starch and proper amount of water into sauce.

Step 3: add oil to the frying pan and heat it to 60%. Put the beef in the pan and shake the frying pan to make it heated evenly.

Step 4: oil the beef until it is ripe.

Step 5: remove the oil.

Step 6: leave oil in the original pan, add onion, garlic and ginger

Step 7: put the pepper.

Step 8: add beef slices.

Step 9: put the sliced beef into the pot and stir fry quickly.

Step 10: cook the cooking wine and pour in the sauce.

Step 11: add oil and stir well.

Step 12: load the plate quickly.

Beef fillet: 200g

Color pepper: 50g

Garlic and ginger: 5g each

Onion: 20g

MSG: 1g

Pepper: 3 G

Soy sauce: 4G

Oyster sauce: About 8g

Cooking wine: 5g

Wet starch: 3 G

Sesame oil: 3 G

Salt: right amount

Note: control the oil temperature when cooking. Hot oil beef is not easy to slip, cold oil is easy to desquamate. Do not add salt when mixing sauce, because oyster sauce is salty.
