Yuping floor

Yuping tower is located between Tiandu and Lianhua. You can see the wonders of Huangshan from all angles.

The well-known welcoming pine stands on the left side of Yuping tower. On the right side, there is a seeing off pine. In front of the building, there are accompanying pine and Manjusri terrace. Behind the building is Yuping peak. The famous "Yuping Reclining Buddha" is at the top of the peak, head left, foot right, which is lifelike. The peak stone is engraved with Mao Zedong's cursive script "so many beautiful rivers and mountains". On the stone wall in the east of the building is engraved with Marshal Zhu De's "picturesque scenery" and marshal Liu Bocheng's "traveling to Huangshan with the Anti Japanese veteran comrades in southern Anhui": "how do the Anti Japanese army go to the north in the past, and what do you expect from the heavy drought and clouds?". Huangshan has been a sea of clouds since ancient times, and since then there have been more clouds and rain. Therefore, you can't miss the yupinglou in Huangshan.

Yuping floor

Yupinglou is a unique place where Huangshan is a collection of wonders. The famous Yingke pine is on the right side of Yuping building. Behind the Yuping tower is the Yuping peak. The famous "Yuping Reclining Buddha" is at the top of the peak, head left, foot right, lifelike. The peak stone is engraved with Mao Zedong's cursive script "so many beautiful rivers and mountains".

Marshals Zhu De and Liu Bocheng also wrote poems on this site. Xu Xiake once called it "Huangshan juesheng".

Yuping floor

It is located at the top of Yuping peak. Formerly known as Manjusri courtyard, yupinglou hotel was rebuilt here in 1955.

There are lion stones on the left and elephant stones on the right of Yuping building, both of which are similar to gatekeepers. There is a welcoming city in front of the building and a seeing off area behind it. This is the best place to see the sea of clouds in Qianhai. When the weather is fine, you can also see some strange rocks and rocks nearby, such as "fairy floating in the sea", "Yangzi crossing the river", "golden turtle watching the moon", "squirrel jumping in the sky", "peacock playing with lotus", etc.

On the way from the hot spring to yupinglou, there are many scenic spots, such as Miaomiao Pavilion, Lima bridge, wolongjian, yixiantian, upside down pine, Manjusri cave and so on. On the Bank of the immediate bridge, there is a large stone inscription with the words "immediately empty the East China Sea, climb high to see peace"; in front of the Banshan temple, you can see such wonders as "the Golden Rooster calls the heavenly gate" and "the eagle catches the chicken"; when you go up to Lianrui peak and look back, the "Golden Rooster calls the heavenly song" behind you suddenly becomes "the five elders go to heaven"; after crossing the carefully sloped, there are three small peaks, which are very loose and straight, and are called "Penglai three islands".

Tourist attractions

The location of Yuping tower is a wonderful place for the wonders. Xu Xiake of the Ming Dynasty once visited this place and marveled at it.

In front of Yuping peak, there is a huge stone platform, named Manjusri terrace, which is the best place to view the West Sea. On the left, there are Qingshi stone and Yingke pine. On the right, there are Baixiang stone, Songsong and Lixue terrace. Looking around on the stage, the scenery is wonderful.

Yupinglou is located between Tiandu peak and Lianhua peak. Yupinglou is 36 meters away from the peak. In Ming Dynasty, monk Pumen built Manjusri courtyard for Manjusri Bodhisattva on the peak. Now, yupinglou hotel is built on its former site.

Yingke pine is on the left side of Yuping tower, while the famous "Yuping Reclining Buddha" is on the top of the peak, head left, foot right, lifelike. The peak stone is engraved with Mao Zedong's cursive script "so many beautiful rivers and mountains".

To yupinglou, you can take the cableway from ciguangge to yupingcableway. Yuping ropeway 80 yuan / person / time (peak season), 65 yuan / person / time. You can also hike from ciguangge to yupinglou. It will take three hours.
