HANGHUA park is located at No.1 Hangxin Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, with a total area of more than 44622 square meters. It was started in April 2000 and completed on December 27, 2000. The park is designed by Shanghai Landscape Design Institute and constructed by Shanghai Shenzhou greening company, which is responsible for daily maintenance.

Longbai Street adheres to the environmental greening construction as an important part of social construction, adheres to the purpose of people-oriented and benefiting the people, raises funds by itself and organizes meticulously. It has built a comprehensive park integrating leisure, fitness and entertainment, which is open to tourists free of charge.

There are more than 120 kinds of plants in the garden, with cedar, Cinnamomum camphora, Osmanthus fragrans, Phyllostachys pubescens and red maple as the main scenery. In terms of plant configuration, it is generally divided into spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons. The typical plants are combined to fully display the characteristics of garden plants and form a pleasant scenery like spring. The whole park is well arranged with rockery, pavilions, waterside pavilions, simulated rock beach, Ting Bu, veranda, water body, square and other facilities, as well as a number of fitness equipment for tourists to exercise.
