Jiangxi middle road
Jiangxi middle road is in the east of Huangpu District, Shanghai. From Yan'an East Road in the south to South Suzhou Road in the north. It is 1285m long, 7.8m-21.5m wide and 6.3m-16.5m wide. It was built in 1855, also known as church street. In 1865, Jiangxi road was named after Jiangxi Province. It was renamed in 1946. At the beginning of the 20th century, more than 30 banks were set up on both sides of the road, known as "Bank Street". There are more than ten buildings including Fuzhou building, Xincheng building, Meilun building and Shanghai building.
