In 1997, Huacao town government invested in the construction of Huacao Park, covering an area of 13340 square meters. With the rapid development of urban construction, in 1999, the town government designated 16660 square meters of land on the east side of the park and rebuilt it. The project started in early 2000 and was completed and opened at the end of November that year.

The green space in the park is composed of trees, shrubs and lawns. The plants are mainly composed of evergreen trees, such as Cinnamomum camphora, pine, bamboo and flowering shrubs. The entrance of the park is dominated by the central square, fountain and European style arc colonnade. The pool is equipped with colorful underwater floodlights. At night, the water column up to 10 meters high is colorful against the background of colorful light. The garden's artificial lake with water mirror, water step, Lake oasis, five steps of fishing platform, full of fun.
