It is adjacent to Tongji Road in the west, Baolin road in the South and Songyi middle school in Shicun of Baosteel in the north. The original Xinshi river runs through the park. The park is square with an area of 4.41 hectares.

The main scenic spots of the park include beautiful natural artificial lake, unique mushroom Pavilion, single column Pavilion and fountain. Among them, the film structure Pavilion is unique to the park in the urban area. The park layout is mainly characterized by natural gardens. The wide and flat lawn is open and pleasant. The abundant plant configuration matches with the natural path and curved corridor, which makes visitors feel different from each other. The green wave brook and tea room are used for tea The environment is elegant and it is a good place for the residents nearby to rest. The construction of fitness road and fitness park makes the function and landscape of the park more perfect.

In 2004, in order to create a Star Park in Shanghai, a major adjustment was made to the seedlings in the hospital, and most of the hardware facilities were repaired and reconstructed. The total investment was about 1.5 million yuan. In that year, it was rated as a three-star park.

From March 1 to August 31, 2011, the park was closed once.
