The facade of the building is white, the walls are concave and convex, inlaid with Western-style carvings, red tubular tiles, sloping roof, and there are bluestone steps on both sides of the building to enter the main hall. There are six rooms on the ground floor and a large living room on the south side of the center. There are exquisitely carved wallboards inside. There is a large platform in front of the hall. Other rooms are used as study rooms and reception rooms. Seven rooms on the second floor are bedrooms and toilets. The attic is a storage room. The basement is used for boiler room and servants.
