At present, there are more than 80 staff in Daxing children's palace, which has three offices, two rooms and one garden, namely: office, teaching and Research Office; educational affairs office, activity office, general affairs office; bud art kindergarten. The training consists of song and dance department, art department, instrumental music department, science and Technology Department, sports department and Discipline Department, involving 36 training programs, with more than 6000 trainees per semester. The establishment of teacher-student associations such as "Jinfan painting and Calligraphy Academy", "Xingxing children's Art Troupe" and "teachers' Art Troupe" has not only provided teachers and students with a stage to show their talents, but also greatly promoted the development of Daxing art education.

Since its establishment for more than 20 years, Daxing children's palace has hosted all previous science and technology festivals and art festivals for primary and secondary school students in Daxing District. Every year, 200000 primary and secondary school students take part in the activities, more than 40000 primary and secondary school students directly take part in the competitions at district level or above, and nearly 1000 students get the results at municipal level or above. Virtual creation, striving to be a little financial expert and other characteristic activities are deeply loved by primary and secondary school students in the region.
