Not long ago, on the east side of the newly completed legal and cultural square of Cuicheng Park in Longtou, the renovation of Shenming Pavilion, which was built during the Hongwu Period of the Ming Dynasty, has been completed. Its couplets and nameplates inherit the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Every day, while enjoying the cool and relaxing, many residents recite the couplets on the Shenming Pavilion: "Lu Xiangshan is good, but Lun is good, but benevolent, sincere and respectful, with reverence, virtue is not isolated, no need to be firm, courteous and modest, seeking harmony" and " The purpose of building this pavilion is to harmonize the countryside and create a harmonious society with thick customs. "The inscription talks about the historical origin of Shenming Pavilion and speculates how to use it.

"Xinfengcuicheng" population culture corridor of Longtou street is located in the eastern walking path activity area of Cuicheng Park in Cuicheng community, covering an area of about 100 square meters. The scroll window runs through the whole corridor. In the design, the traditional Chinese scroll form is adopted, and 15 groups of windows are arranged in order to create a new wind and green city. The content of the exhibition is divided into four parts: the new appearance of Lantou, showing the beautiful urban landscape of Lantou street; population culture, showing the grand occasion of the population culture festival of Lantou street; community style, showing the unique population culture activities of 11 communities of Lantou street; service guide, providing convenience for the masses. The pictures on display come from the photos of family planning work and the works of local photographers. The themes of these photos are fertility, civilization and health. The images depict the happy and harmonious life of the masses in Longtou, the civilized and healthy mental outlook of the people in Longtou and the development achievements of Chaoyang District's construction of the "new four districts". The works condense the understanding and pursuit of family happiness of the people in Longtou, Praise and love of life.
