Founded in 1993, the park is the only concentrated green space in the residential area with an area of 10000 square meters. It is also one of the leisure, entertainment and fitness places for nearby residents.

brief introduction

Before the transformation, the landscape and function of the park could not meet the multi-level needs of different groups of people. Based on the principle of "people-oriented, serving the masses in the area" and "less money, more work", the street Working Committee and office reconstructed the park on the basis of maintaining the original landscape and facilities as far as possible. Before the construction, the songyuli community and community meetings were held respectively Representatives of the Association units and residents attended the hearing and further improved the issuance plan, which was recognized and supported by everyone.

After the transformation, the park highlights the functions of leisure, entertainment, culture and fitness, reflecting the harmony between human and nature. Firstly, the rental houses and venues around and inside the park have been vacated and demolished, and the space for residents' activities has been expanded. A cultural square with an overall area of nearly 11000 square meters has been built, which is composed of Ziteng square, manwutiandi, fitness paradise and leisure post station.

The available space has been fully developed, more than 20 sets of fitness equipment have been updated, table tennis tables, fitness roads and other recreational and sports facilities have been newly built, and 5 sets of stone tables and chairs, 7 sets of chairs under trees and 11 sets of leisure chairs have been added for residents to chat and play chess and cards.

Considering the activity characteristics of the disabled and the elderly, the main roads of the park are paved with barrier free access, bicycle parking places are built outside the park, and movable toilets are set up to facilitate residents. On the outside wall of the park, the calligraphy works of community residents in various forms are displayed, and 26 publicity windows are installed at the entrance of the park to publicize the Humanistic Olympics, build a harmonious community and enhance the cultural atmosphere. On the north wall of the park, 180 future star artists from local parents created a 200 meter long cultural wall with the theme of "happy home, Green Olympics, happy growth".

The overall greening level of the park has been improved, the total area of greening has reached 7300 square meters. In the plant configuration, the beautiful tree species such as ginkgo, Pinus tabulaeformis, Wutong and so on are selected, and the amount of perennial flowers is increased, which is convenient for future conservation and management.

On this basis, the park management house on the north side of the park will be rebuilt into a 1800 square meter Panjiayuan cultural and Sports Center, providing a rich and colorful cultural place and better service for the majority of residents.
