Yuhuaxiu scenic area is located in the south of Furong Pavilion. The buildings include Yuhua temple, yuhuaxiu, gaotu jingshe, inviting moon Pavilion, qiwangting, yifangxuan, etc. ]Yuhua temple was built in the ninth year of Zhengtong (1444), and Yuhua Xiu was built beside the temple in the tenth year of Qianlong (1745). Yuhuaxiu is a delicate and unique garden in the garden. It is a good place to have a rest and enjoy tea. Because of its wide view, it is the best place to watch red leaves in the garden. Yuhuaxiu was burned by British and French forces in 1860.

brief introduction

Located at the middle foot of Xiangshan Mountain, yuhuaxiu is one of the 28 sceneries of Jingyi garden. It was built in the tenth year of Qianlong (1745) of Qing Dynasty. It is a courtyard building in the middle of the hillside. It was originally located in the Yuhua Temple of Ming Dynasty, with the mountain gate facing east and the main hall facing southwest. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, a small pavilion was set up. The ground is high and cool, and you can see the group of Xiu, so it is named "Yuhua Xiu". After the temple destroyed to build the village, its name still exists.

In 1999, yuhuaxiu was restored in Xiangshan Park. The newly built yuhuaxiu scenic area is composed of Yuhuasi Mountain Gate, Tianwang hall, yuhuaxiu, yuexie, qiwangting, yifangxuan corridor and other buildings. It is an antique garden in the garden. Some of the halls in the courtyard have been restored to the original appearance of the Qing Dynasty, and display exhibitions have been held. It is one of the best places for tourists to rest, taste tea and watch red leaves.
