The park is divided into five areas: Management Service Center, popular science training base (camping, outward bound training, etc.), fitness trail (belt), cultural and leisure area and children's activity area.

On the basis of the original plant structure, the project adjusted the dense poplar and willow forest, appropriately increased large-scale native tree species, planted a large number of drought resistant shrubs and ground cover plants, and retained the original pear garden. 21700 trees and shrubs, 18100 new evergreen and deciduous trees, 341000 flowering shrubs and 402700 square meters of ground cover were adjusted. The green space rate of the park has reached 90%. The green space construction is based on the principle of people-oriented, which highlights the leisure function of the park.

The theme of Bajia country park in Dongsheng should be homophonic with the words "Bajia" and "Bafang Anhe" and "Jiamu renewal". "Eight peaceful" is derived from "ten thousand peaceful" of Yuanmingyuan. The landscape creativity implies the meaning of "eight good", which is the preservation of historical and cultural imprint. "Jiamu renewal" means to adjust, enrich and improve the original trees here. There are eight scenic spots in the park, such as "feel at home", Wanzong Guiyi, Shidai Jinghua, Xiaochun xunliu, Qinghe Zhuming, Qiuyun fragrance, pear blossom flying snow and Yiran trail, which are in line with the meaning of "eight best". The park has set up a variety of entertainment facilities and venues, providing a place for citizens to carry out cultural and sports activities. The park's infrastructure also highlights the concept of ecological and environmental protection, such as ecological toilet, solar lamp, rainwater comprehensive utilization pipeline, etc.
