The imperial stele pavilion was built by the Ming Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang. According to his description, the main purpose of building this pavilion is to express gratitude to Jiangxi people! The reason is of course, we can not ignore that all the actions of the emperor's figures have their own profound political reasons! Why did Zhu Yuanzhang build this building? Zhu Yuanzhang was born in Fengyang, Anhui Province. The area is short of water and the economy is backward. There is a saying in China: Fengyang is the same as Fengyang. Since the birth of Zhu Yuanzhang in Fengyang, there has been a shortage of nine years in ten years! In this difficult environment, Zhu Yuanzhang became a monk and begged everywhere. Finally, on the first day of March in the twelfth year of Zhizheng, Zhu Yuanzhang joined Guo Zixing's men. Seeing that Yuanzhang's appearance was extraordinary and unusual, Zixing retained him as a trusted soldier. He led his troops out to battle many times and fought against them. In 1356, after Zhu Yuanzhang captured Jinling, it was renamed yingtianfu. In the first month of the first year of Hongwu (1368), Zhu Yuanzhang called Yingtian emperor and Yingtian capital in the imperial edict. Because of his poor background, the common people and the officials in the imperial court could not accept this reality under the thought of the great unity of feudalism at that time. Zhu Yuanzhang took the opportunity of transporting steles to publicize his divine power to the world! It proves that he is the only one appointed by heaven to rule

In September of the 26th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1393), Zhu Yuanzhang built the imperial Pavilion in memory of Zhou Dianxian and others. The stele of Zhu Yuanzhang is still preserved in the pavilion. On the stele are engraved the biography of Zhou Dian immortal and four immortal poems written by the Emperor Zhu himself. The stele is about 4 meters high, 1.3 meters wide and 0.23 meters thick. The imperial stele Pavilion is like a stone pavilion on the top of Xieshan mountain, with a square plane. Each side is 5.8 meters wide and the pavilion is 6 meters high. The inside and outside of the pavilion are thick. There are no pillars on all sides of the pavilion. All of them are stone walls. There are only doors on three sides and no doors on one side. Two couplets are engraved outside the main gate of the pavilion: the external couplet is "who can tell Taiping if your aunt finds her trace here?". The inner link is "four walls, cloud mountains, nine rivers, four pavilions, misty rain, ten thousand valleys and pines". All in all, it is necessary to comply with the historical requirements of the people. It also reflects the people's strong desire to pursue a peaceful world.
