National style park is located in the south of Jinghong City, the beautiful quicksand River, covering an area of 1000 mu. In the past, it was a scientific research base for planting research. In 1988, the state government officially transformed it into a national park.

It is a miniature of the beautiful Xishuangbanna, which integrates the precious tropical plants with the rich ethnic customs.

brief introduction

Ethnic style park is located on the Bank of Liusha River in the south of Jinghong City, about 4km away from Xishuangbanna airport, covering an area of 30 hectares. It is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Jinghong City.

The garden is divided into the South Garden and the North Garden. Tropical fruits and trees, exotic flowers and plants are cultivated in the garden. There are many sightseeing paths. Six small and elegant bamboo buildings with different styles are built to show the Dai, Hani, Lahu, Bulang, Jinuo People who live in Xishuangbanna

The park also has a large and magnificent Xishuangbanna Liberation Monument, a spacious and rich sports ground, a folk chicken fighting field, a folk song and dance performance field, a water splashing field, an elephant performance hall, a peacock hall, a crocodile pool, a hundred birds garden and other facilities. As a result, the ethnic style park has become a comprehensive park for tourism and recreation, which displays the multi-ethnic style and tropical scenery with Dai as the main body.

All year round, birds sing, flowers smell and fruits are abundant, which constitute the epitome of Xishuangbanna's natural landscape. In addition, there are scenic travel agency, tourist car rental company, love garden hotel, love garden bar, style restaurant and other service facilities in the park. In addition to sightseeing in the park, visitors can also enjoy the rich ethnic customs in the park.

General situation

The former folk style garden of Xishuangbanna was formerly tropical fruit tree farm. Mango, litchi, grapefruit, carambola, jackfruit, coconut and other tropical fruits were planted more than 600 mu, 50 acres of coffee, and dozens of varieties of fast-growing forests, Cui Zhu, palm, areca and Amomum villosum. All kinds of tropical fruit trees, scattered, stand alone, especially the shade of litchi, such as green umbrella block the scorching sun, planting shade, become a great place for visitors to rest. Near the back door, coconut trees stand tall, areca trees stand tall, and tropical flowers compete with each other in the sky garden. Because the Dai Garden Hotel (four stars) occupies a large area of land in the park, there is no show in it, and it has become a park (free admission) + Zoo (fee).

Tourism season

It has a humid monsoon climate in the north tropics, with long summer and no winter all year round. The four seasons are warm and pleasant, with distinct dry and wet seasons. The annual average temperature is about 22oC, and may October is the season with the most rainfall in the whole year. October to June is the best time to travel

In spring, Nanyuan is prosperous and colorful; in summer, it is full of heavy fruits; in autumn, it is lush and cool; in four seasons, it is like a green world, a flower world and a beautiful world. Beiyuan: there are "water people", "Valley people", "descendants of Pu people", "descendants of Uncle" and "tiger hunting people" living here. There are stories of zhaoshutun, EBE and Sangluo, epics of yanben queben and mupamipa, myths of God gumiya, Dai girls like lotus, Hani girls like mountain flowers, and grace They play "Hulusi" and "Lusheng", sing "Bashi" love songs, and dance peacock circle dance. They enjoy the blessing and joy brought by "Water Splashing Festival", "tangpa Festival", "temaoke Festival", "PATA Festival" and "King Pan Festival", and roam in the ocean of water sound, singing, laughter and joy.

There are also exhibition halls for Dai, Hani, Jinuo, Bulang, Yao and Lahu people to introduce the customs of Xishuangbanna and display multi-ethnic historical relics. There are also four open-air singing and dancing venues in the park, including Dai Peacock dance, elephant foot dance, Hani bamboo dance, Jinuo dance, Lahu three string dance and Yi reed and bamboo dance. During the "Water Splashing Festival", a variety of ethnic entertainment items will be added, such as chicken fighting, tie lines in Dai wedding and folk performances such as sprinkling holy water. At ordinary times, we can organize a variety of folk activities at the request of group guests.
