Electronic Science and Technology Museum is the first comprehensive electronic science and Technology Museum in China. It systematically combs the development history and change track of Electronic Science and technology based on the typical items in the history of Electronic Science and technology development. brief introduction

The Museum of Electronic Science and technology is located in Qingshuihe campus of University of Electronic Science and technology. The permanent exhibition hall covers an area of about 2000 square meters, and the temporary exhibition hall covers an area of 300 square meters. The permanent exhibition is divided into six major themes: communication, radar, radio and television, electronic measuring instruments, electronic components and computers. More than 1200 exhibits including Marconi transceiver transmitter, 860 radar car and large array imaging radar system are displayed, and more than 10000 items are collected in the museum.

Electronic Science and Technology Museum adopts the display mode of combining online and offline, indoor and outdoor, giving full play to the role of professional education, scientific research and cultural heritage, serving teachers and students, alumni, industry and society. Within one year since its opening, the museum has received more than 51000 visitors, which has been widely concerned and fully affirmed by mainstream media, practitioners in electronic technology industry, experts and scholars.

With the Trinity Mode of "visiting experience + educational interaction + first class", electronic science and Technology Museum carries out professional education and popular science activities with levels, objectives and pertinence. For the primary school, primary and secondary school students have launched 31 special educational activities, including "radar decryption", "electronic technology trip", "children's day, treasure hunt" and other special educational activities. With the teaching method of combining theory with practice, the excellent cultural course of "the surging history of Electronic Science and technology in a century" will be built to ignite students' professional enthusiasm and stimulate their creativity.

In April 2015, preparations for the construction of the electronic science and technology museum began.

On September 28, 2016, the attached building of the lecture hall of the Qingshuihe Campus Library of UESTC officially opened, attracting people from all walks of life to visit.

On November 8, 2016, the first temporary exhibition "history of computer technology development" was held.

On April 28, 2017, he joined China Museum Association.

On May 10, 2017, he joined China Association of natural science museums.

On June 6, 2017, the exhibition of Qian Xuesen's deeds was jointly held with Qian Xuesen Library of Shanghai Jiaotong University.
