Guanhai villa (private residence)

This house was originally the Norwegian manager's apartment of Danmark cable company. In 1926, Huang Yizhu bought the house, made some repairs, and built a small garden, labyrinth and sea viewing platform in front of it. It was named "sea viewing villa", which was used to watch the sea and listen to the tide. Especially in summer, it is more ideal to go to the beach and enjoy the tide. It is a favorite of the host's more than 160 villas.

Facing the sea on three sides, the villa has a 135 degree pure angle and a wide field of vision. It adopts a three sided corridor, with windows to see the sea, and strides on the waves. Now the house is a private villa, not open to the public.
