Shizhong Park

Shizhong Park, located in the core scenic spot of Taishan Mountain in Hukou County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is a solemn, harmonious, unique and high-grade ecological park.

The park is designed by Shanghai Landscape Design Institute and covers a total area of 150 mu. There are three main features of the park: first, the gate stone of the park is from Taihang Mountain, weighing 180 tons; second, the picture scroll of Shizhong mountain is made of pure copper, 56 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, consuming 15 tons of copper, and the font is written by Weng Fanggang, the teacher of Emperor Qianlong; third, the park has planted more than 1000 big trees, including a thousand year old camphor. At the same time, the park uses the method of ecological garden to reasonably set up the road system, landscape pavilion, landscape gallery and fitness equipment for urban residents' leisure and entertainment, and maximize the function of ecological green space. The park started construction in April 2009 and has been fully completed and put into use in early 2012
