When entering, the gate is not a small courtyard, and there is a pool on both sides of the corridor, which is called "fireworks pool". The water in the pond is rippling, which can be called a landscape. There is another door at the end of the corridor. The entrance is the main door. When the layout of the main gate and hall is "five wells and five entrances", "well" refers to the patio, "entrance" refers to the number of rooms in the hall. Wujing Wujin means that the main gate and hall are composed of five patios and five halls. At the end of the hall is a statue of Mr. Zhang Guying. Every new year's day, the villagers of Zhangguying village hold ancestor worship activities here. The people who participate in the sacrifice wear robes and hats. The ancient ceremony shows the long cultural heritage of the family.

When the main hall is the main hall, the villagers' houses are arranged to the left and right, and there are many branches on both sides of the main hall. It is the architectural design of the main hall derived from the branch hall that reflects the close connection between the roof and the roof of Zhangguying village.

Generally speaking, the rooms on both sides of the main hall are occupied by the elders, and each sub hall is a branch of the family. Most of the villager's houses are simple, with only some antique furniture, which indicates the depth of the room's history. In Zhangguying village, you can occasionally see some modern furnishings of young families. I just don't know if this kind of modern furnishings will spread in this ancient village. The main rooms are connected by laneways. There are 60 laneways in Zhangying village, with a total length of 1459 meters. These laneways connect the traffic network of the whole village. It's really comfortable to walk in the laneway "sunny weather does not expose the sun; rain does not wet the shoes".
