Chinese Christian Church
Influenced by the revolutionary thought of the May 4th movement, the Chinese Christian Church, which was founded in 1920 by Chinese believers, was a United Church composed of several sectarian churches.
Because of the political environment at that time, although the church was not composed by Chinese Christians, it was really independent and the real power was in the hands of foreign missionaries. There are five sects and ten churches belonging to the Chinese Christian Church.
