Introduction to scenic spots

Shuanglong gorge is located between Jinlong and Qinglong mountain in Yongxing Town, Mingshan County, and hence its name. It was built in 1996, storing 2.1 million cubic meters of water. There is a hydropower station with an installed capacity of 800 kW. Shuanglongxia water retaining ring lift, with 5 steps, 18.88 meters high, 95 meters long. The lake water can be raised to form a waterfall more than 60 meters wide. It can be as far away as 18 meters, like flying pearls splashing jade, like the Milky Way sky. Under the sunshine, the rainbow is magnificent and spectacular. The stilling pool under the dam can become a natural swimming pool with simple water exchange and clean water quality. Shuanglongxia lake is not very wide, but winding, beautiful, quiet and Zhiyuan, known as five bay eight branches, ten miles long. The green mountains, trees, bamboos, blue sky and white clouds here are reflected in the clear water, clear and picturesque; Yanzhen river is like a ribbon of flying fairies, floating lightly between the valleys of the mountains. The scenery of the mountains and the waters are in perfect harmony, making a beautiful and moving natural landscape painting.
