Xianghui Temple

It's the only City Taoist temple in China that worships Buddha with sweet fragrance. It is located in Xiangshi Park, Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, backed by the beautiful shenxianling. The buildings in the temple include Mountain Gate, Tianwang hall, Daxiong hall and Sutra Pavilion. Tianwang hall, bell tower and drum tower are all imitated buildings of the Tang Dynasty. The design style traces back to the style of the Tang Dynasty. They are heavy, solemn, simple and elegant, and stand next to Xiangyuan tower.

Xianghui Temple

Xianghui temple is the only temple with the cultural symbol of Dongguan. It is located at the foot of shenxianling, Xiangshi Park, Liaobu Town, covering an area of about 5.6 mu, with a total construction area of about 4000 square meters.

Temple layout

The main buildings of Xianghui temple are located on the east-west axis. From the front to the back, they are the Mountain Gate (Tianwang Hall), the main hall and the Sutra Pavilion. On the south side are Guanyin hall and sengliao, and on the north side are dizang hall and jushilou. There are bell tower and Drum Tower on both sides of Tianwang hall. The south side of Xianghui Temple creates a Zen culture theme functional area.

Memorabilia

In August 2011, the foundation laying ceremony of Xianghui temple was solemnly held. The whole ceremony was grand and complete.

In April 2012, the first phase of Xianghui Temple project, the Tianwang hall and the bell and Drum Tower, was held.

In October 2012, the capping ceremony of the main hall of Xianghui temple was held.

In February 2013, Xianghui temple in 2013 (Guisi) new year's Eve bell praying Dharma meeting was solemnly held, the Dharma meeting was successful, the public was full of Dharma. It will also be open to the public from the first to the 15th day of the lunar new year to ring the bell for blessing during the Spring Festival.

In May 2013, Xianghui Temple held a Buddha Bathing and praying activity to pray for the folk custom, make good friends, make great wishes, and share Buddha's kindness!

In August 2015, xianghuisi Yiyi trade union was established.
