In ancient times, people often prayed for gods, showed their sincerity, jumped off the cliff to sacrifice themselves, in order to get rid of their parents' diseases. There is a huge stone on the cliff, about 3.3 meters high. Beside the stone, there is a big book "zhanlutai", also known as Fangan stone. It is said that Confucius once climbed here to see Qufu, the capital of Lu. There are inscriptions on the stone, such as "Zaohua zhongshenxiu" by Zhao Puchu in 1983 and "yanhengyunyi" by Zhou Erfu.
