277 Queen's Park is a reconstructed commercial complex (formerly Hangzhou CDC). The oldest building was built in 1953, 60 years ago.

In May 2013, 277 Queen's Park Business Center has been fully opened, with an average daily passenger flow of about 10000 people. It is estimated that the annual turnover of the whole park will exceed 200 million yuan, and about 1200 people have been directly employed.

In 2014, the project developer will continue to invest about 12 million yuan in additional operating funds to enrich the fashion, art and cultural activities of the park.

Since the official opening of "277 queen Park", it has become a landmark of new fashion consumption in Hangzhou. In the future, it will continue to create fashion hotspots, create innovative experience consumption mode, and further enhance the commercial pattern of Wulin Road.
