Yuli Town, formerly known as "Pu Shi Ge", was named after Gaosha people's phonetic translation in Xianfeng Period of Qing Dynasty, which means the city of wind and sand. Yuli town is located in the middle of Huadong longitudinal valley. The mountain area is high and hilly terrain. In the flat part, xiuguluan River collects the rivers and flows from south to east across the east coast mountains to the Pacific Ocean. It is a basin suitable for both agriculture and animal husbandry.
