General Zhang Xueliang residence

Zhang Xueliang's residence is located in Jinjia lane, Jianguo Road (now No. 69 Jianguo Road). It is the residence of former general Zhang Xueliang of Northeast Army. After the "Xi'an Incident" on December 12, 1936, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China received telegrams from general Zhang Xueliang and General Yang Hucheng, and sent a delegation composed of Zhou Enlai, Ye Jianying and Qin bangxian to Xi'an to live here. It was built as a memorial hall for people to visit after liberation.
