Coke pig feet

Coke pig feet

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: first take out a pot, put water to boil until hot. Put the chopped pig feet in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 2: prepare a basin of cold water and wash the boiled pig feet in water. Then pour out the water in the basin, replace it with new water and clean it again.

Step 3: take out another pot and boil over medium heat without pouring oil. Put the cleaned pig feet into the pot (Note: fry the skin and noodles first). If there is enough fat in pig's feet, you can use the fried oil to do the next step. If there is no fat in pig's feet, you can add a small amount of oil. Use oil to fry until the pigskin is golden.

Step 4: fry the pigskin until golden, turn to high heat, add minced garlic and red onion, stir fry until fragrant.

Step 5: add the sugar and stir fry a little to color the pigskin. Then add wine, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cola and white pepper. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.

Step 6: after 1 hour, check whether the meat is about to be boned and whether the tendons inside become soft. At this time, pig feet can be out of the pot. Take a clean plate and remove the pig's feet from the pot. If there's too much gravy in the pot, boil it over high heat until it's juicy and pour it on the pig's feet, then sprinkle some green onions.
