Shougang Industrial Heritage Park

Shougang Industrial Heritage Park is located in Shijingshan. Lianshi lake, the largest lake of Yongding River, has been fully impounded. The scene of yellow sand all over the sky in the past will no longer exist. This is also the first lake to be fully completed in the construction of Yongding River Green Ecological Development Zone initiated by the city. After the completion of Lianshi lake, Shijingshan District will be divided into three sections from north to south according to the natural flow direction of Yongding River, and three theme parks will be built, among which the middle section is Shougang area, and Shougang Industrial Heritage Park with a total area of 70 hectares will be built.

Reasons for selection

It is one of the earliest modern iron and steel enterprises in North China; blast furnace imported from the United States in 1919; top burning hot blast furnace and bell less top technology are the world's cutting-edge steel-making technology independently invented by Shougang, which later pioneered China's export of steel-making technology to foreign countries; China's first oxygen top blown converter, China's first oxygen top blown converter steelmaking plant, and China's largest billet Chain casting steel plant, the largest modern wire rod production plant in China; 300000 tons steel rolling production line at that time; one of the top ten iron and steel enterprises in China in the 1970s; once accounted for 1 / 4 of Beijing's profits and taxes, the first enterprise contracting system; the most complete and largest iron and steel industrial production plant in China.
