Shangguanhua Park

Shangguanhua park is located in the south of longshouguan (now Shangguan) in Nanzhao ancient pass, adjacent to Erhai Lake in the East, yunnongfeng in Cangshan Mountain in the west, and 1 km away from butterfly spring in the south. The park started construction in December 1992 and was completed in September 1993. The scenic area is composed of Mountain Gate, twin tree, garden, song and dance amusement park, Tianlong cave, etc.

The park is named after the long-standing Shangguan flower, which is located in Huashu village, north of longshouguan. It is called "Shilixiang". It has 12 petals in normal year and 13 petals in leap year. It is yellow and white like magnolia, and its fragrance is overflowing. It is recorded in historical records of Ming Dynasty and destroyed in Qing Dynasty. Xu Xiake recorded in the eighth part of diaries of Yunnan travel that Shilixiang "its flowers are yellow and white, as big as lotus, and there are 12 petals. One petal is added by the month, which is the same as that of the provincial capital, but its fragrance is far away when it opens. The local people call it Shilixiang, which is unheard of in the province." He said, "Yucheng has four sceneries of wind, flower, snow and moon, and Shangguan uses them as flowers." This flower has been cultivated in shangguanhua park. It will reappear in three or five years. In shangguanhua Park, Tianlong cave is the most peculiar. The cave is 507 meters long on the hillside of Yunlong peak. From bottom to top, stalactites in the cave are in strange shapes, forming various landscapes. Now there are 28 scenic spots named Tianlong pillar. Jinyuchi, Xuanfeng cave, lianhuayan, Qianyan cave, Tianwa stone, Longzi hall, Longnv hall, Tianwa cave, Huiyin cave, Marlboro hall, shenzhuyuan, woshi, Baiwang hall, shenxiantian, tianlongtan, gaitianshi, shuangguidong, amber rock, xiannvru, Shangtianti, Feibao cave, ape stone, BAIXIAN cave, Tongtian Wangyue, shangguanhua, Tianlong baduguan, wojinlong, etc. Outside the cave, there are prince Pavilion, eight immortals, monk Jigong, Dragon Girl and other scenic spots along the way.
