Hegang National Mine Park
In August 2005, Heilongjiang Hegang National Mine Park was approved by the relevant state departments and became one of the first batch of 28 key mine parks in China. It opened on August 28, 2009 to welcome visitors.
The mine park covers an area of 666 hectares. The main scenic spot highlights the display of mining relics. The beilukeng site of Lingbei mine is 3100 meters long, 1100 meters wide, and the largest pit is 130 meters deep, covering an area of 341 hectares. The pit slope is complete, and the geological structure, rock layer and coal seam distribution are clear. In particular, the kilometer long geological section directly shows the geological relics from 140 million years ago to the present, including stratigraphic structure, deposit occurrence, coal formation, folds and faults. The park is divided into four parts: mine history museum and wanrenkeng, Xinyi mine, Lingbei mine open-air plate and "wolf nest" Japanese secret underground works. The landscape construction in the park has unique mine characteristics. The drilling rig, electric shovel, mining railway and other facilities during mining production will remain the original appearance, large relief wall, theme sculpture, miner production and life art sketches, historical relics, pictures and multimedia, etc The modern form fully shows the hundred year history and unique mine culture of Hegang mine
