Zhusheng bridge in Zhenyuan

Zhusheng bridge was built in 1388, the 21st year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty. It was named Wuxi bridge. Tian Daya, a relief envoy from Sinan, a chieftain of Zhenyuan, and he Hui, a prefect of Zhenyuan, invited the imperial court to build it. Later, because of the feud within the chieftain family of Tian family, the land was changed and the bridge was built. After that, it was rebuilt in 1609, the 37th year of Wanli, and completed in 1628, the first year of Chongzhen. In 1723, the last restoration was carried out. One of the restoration was completed at the time of Emperor Kangxi's Christmas. In order to celebrate the emperor's birthday, Wuxi bridge was renamed Zhusheng bridge, which has been basically built up to now.
