Sino Thai ocean world is located in the north of the intersection of Qinghua road and Xinmin Street in Chaoyang District. It is a key project supported by Jilin provincial government, including eight theme exhibition and performance venues, including deep-sea exploration, Jurassic world, rainforest wonders, our fish, amorous coast, undersea garden, Qiqu aquarium and big foot theater.

Project scale

Zhongtai ocean world is a project invested, constructed, operated and managed by Changchun Zhongtai Ocean World Co., Ltd. It is a large ocean themed mall integrating popular science education, sightseeing, entertainment, shopping and catering.

The architectural theme of the project is composed of "ocean world" and "ocean square", with a total of 4 floors, 1 underground floor and 3 above ground floors. The project is planned to become the first mall in Northeast China with the theme of marine culture and youth consumption as the main customer group. Ocean Plaza, with a planning area of 35000 square meters, mainly consists of the first and second floors, including two parts: Fashion Color hall and life theme hall. It is a brand new experiential urban life center integrating children's recreation, international children's star hall, international fashion hall, chaorenliangzhuang street, chaorenmeishi street, creative Furniture Street, food and gift street and international food. Ocean world is planned to cover an area of about 15000 square meters, including one-third of the ground floor, the top floor (the third floor) and the second floor of the cylindrical gyratory. It includes eight theme exhibition and performance venues, including deep-sea exploration, Jurassic world, rainforest wonders, our fish, coast, submarine Garden, Qiqu aquarium, and big foot theater. Changchun ocean world has the most advanced three-dimensional distribution and realistic representation of tropical rainforest Museum in China, and the most characteristic panoramic multi angle display of undersea tunnel.

It covers an area of 40000 square meters and a construction area of 50000 square meters. The total planned investment is 450 million yuan. It is a key support project of Jilin Provincial Government.
