The former site of the school has three main rooms, two in the north and two in the south. It was built in the early years of the Republic of China. After the establishment of the Communist group in Beijing in September 1920, Deng Zhongxia and others went deep into the Changxindian railway factory to launch a labor struggle in order to organize the workers' movement. On January 1, 1921, a labor Tutorial school for workers was set up here to spread communism to arouse the masses of workers and fight against capitalists and reactionary rulers. A large number of outstanding backbones of the workers' movement have been created here, among which Shi Wenbin is the most outstanding representative. After renovation in 1976, the interior was restored and displayed.
