Qianmen Mosque
Qianmen mosque, located at 9 Yangwei Hutong, Xicheng District, Beijing, is an Islamic mosque. Qianmen mosque, formerly known as broom Hutong mosque, is adjacent to broom Hutong in the south. It was renamed Qianmen mosque in 2000. The temple was built in the late Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in 1680 and 1795 respectively. There was a Tibetan huababa's handwritten Koran and a hardwood Scripture box in the mosque.
