Zhengyangqiao shuqu stele was built in 1791. The stele is a square column shape with a height of about 8 meters and a width of 1.45 meters on each side. On the top of the stele, there are four corners of the stele. A dragon is carved on each of the four ridges. The dragon's head is bent, and it seems to want to take off. At the bottom of the monument is the waist bunched xumizuo, which is embossed with patterns such as Fu, Yang lotus petals, cloud, dragon and Bodhi leaves. There are dragon ornaments around the forehead and the body of the stele. On all sides of the stele are inscriptions in Chinese and Manchu characters. On the front of the stele is the Chinese character inscription "Zhengyang bridge shuqu Ji". The inscriptions record the situation of Beijing's waterways, which is of great value to the study of Beijing's geography and historical changes.

In 1984, it was listed as a municipal cultural relics protection unit.
