Midui river is a secondary tributary of the lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River. It flows into Palung Zangbo from the South Bank of Palung Zangbo at Daoban, 84km away from Sichuan Tibet highway. Midui glacier is close to the Sichuan Tibet highway, with large scale and convenient access. It is a typical representative of marine glaciers in Southeast Tibet. It is famous for its beautiful arch arc structure and is a rare natural wonder.
