Lixin primeval forest scenic spot is about 3 kilometers away from Zhangmu town. It is one of the residential areas of Sherpa people in China. It is rich in wild animal and plant resources, including rare protected animals such as snow leopard, langur, Himalayan tal sheep, and wild rare tree species such as Cyclobalanopsis glauca and Phoebe.
