Tianping Lake Park is located in the west of Tai'an City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 700 mu, including 300 mu of land. The park has five functional areas: water activity center, recreation area along the lake, dam crest square area, dam park area and office service area. A 120 meter long water culture and art gallery is planned on the top of the park's auxiliary dam to represent the major events and important figures in the history of Chinese water conservancy in the form of relief sculpture. From Dayu to libing, from the Three Gorges Dam to Xiaolangdi reservoir, from Shandong water conservancy to Tai'an water conservancy, a panoramic picture of China's water culture has a long history and is broad and profound.
