Baizi opera Maitreya

Baizixi Maitreya is one of the Buddhist landscapes at the foot of Lingshan mountain in Wuxi. It was created and planned by Zhu Bingren, a master of Chinese arts and crafts.

The Buddha statue is 8.5 meters long on the right side of Ashoka pillar square. It is made of huge cast copper with a carved base.

On Maitreya's huge body, there are 100 playful little urchins with different shapes and spirits.

Those who want to have children must touch it. Many people come here to take photos.

Baizi opera Maitreya

The large-scale bronze art treasure "Baizi opera Maitreya" is located on the right side of Ashoka pillar square under Lingshan Buddha in Wuxi. Maitreya Buddha is 3 meters high, 7.8 meters wide and weighs 9 tons. The festival is auspicious and deeply loved by tourists.

Maitreya, reclining and reclining, was kind and smiling. On Maitreya's huge body, there are a whole hundred naughty children playing, each with different shapes and spirits, vivid. Hundreds of children spread around Maitreya, which makes people laugh. A hundred playful children climb on the smiling Maitreya's back, adding a little liveliness to the solemn Lingshan mountain.

Traffic information: it is located in the Lingshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area in Wuxi. The traffic mode is as follows

1. Take bus No.88 from Wuxi railway station and get off at Bibo villa station. It takes about 2.5 hours. After getting off, walk about 300 meters to Lingshan scenic spot, and then walk to Lingshan Vatican Palace.

2. Take bus No.89 from Wuxi central station and get off at Bibo villa station. It takes about 2.5 hours. After getting off, walk about 300 meters to Lingshan scenic spot, and then walk to Lingshan Vatican Palace.
